Return Method

INTRODUCTION When you make a return, please be aware that:

DUEDìSHOES will cover the return cost only if the shipment is made via DHL courier and in the same condition as when you received it.

• The return cost is the buyer's responsibility if a different courier is used.

DHL accepts goods collection requests primarily in the following way:

Via Email: by sending an email to info@difrancoshoes.com and specifying:
- Order Number and Buyer's Information

Refund

A refund for the purchased product will ONLY be issued after verifying the total integrity of the product, once it has arrived back at the company.
The delivered goods can be returned within a maximum period of 15 days;
They must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging, identification tag, and seal still attached.

Size Change

To make a size change, send an email to info@difrancoshoes.com with:

- Order Number and Buyer's Information
- Name, Colour and Number of the purchased model
- Name, Colour and Number of the replacement model
To return the unwanted item, follow the procedure described on this page in the "Return Method" section.
The replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the unwanted item.
