Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products.

Orders are subject to availability and discretionary acceptance by the Owner.

Every order request made will become an order only after receiving the order confirmation by email, which is subject to the payment of the product price and the shipping cost according to the methods provided on the site.

The Company reserves the right to revoke the order within 15 days of the actual execution of the payment.

In these cases, the Company will refund the amount paid by the Customer without any type of increase or penalty.

Orders made on delivery will only be shipped after telephone confirmation and must absolutely be collected to avoid debt recovery actions.

Product availability may vary based on requests therefore they are subject to change without notice.

Deliveries will be made according to the methods indicated in the order summary.

They may vary based on the requested models and availability.

In the event of non-collection, the product will be returned to the Company which will refund the product price but not the shipping cost that will be charged to the Customer.

Right of withdrawal

In case of purchase of products or services on Di Franco, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the User - physically acquires the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw through an explicit statement sent to the indicated contacts.

The Customer can decide to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the goods.

In this case, he must return the goods to the customer in the same conditions and in the same state in which it was delivered to him.

When the goods are delivered to the Company, the product price will be refunded including shipping costs, except for the successful completion of the quality control carried out by the Company.

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase of the goods.

To exercise the right to warranty, the Customer must send an email to the Company indicating the order number and an accurate description of the defect (it is also recommended to attach photographic material).
